And here’s my post for the 52 Week Project Week 2, “Your Front Door”.

I knew I could take an adorable picture of my beautiful german shepherd basking in the morning sunlight by the front door, but I decided to take a different route. A lot of people had great pics, where their dog looked like show-dog, country-magazine perfection. And my dog, Ruca, she can look really great, regal, the whole nine. But I thought it would be more fun to show her guarding the house, at least I’m pretty sure that’s what she does all day. She takes her job very seriously, whatever the definition of that job is to her.

She just sits there and watches everyone go by, but if you were to approach the house it would go a little more something like the second picture on the right.

I swear, she’s really a nice dog.
